She is trained to help you and your partner rebuild trust and intimacy in your sexual relationship. She helps by talking sensitively with you about your sexual life and sexual problems and linking this to other areas in your life such as past events, medical issues, emotional worries. Sometimes sex therapy will involve taking behavioural tasks home to practice either individually or together. All the work is sensitively done at a pace that suits you.
She is in the process of completing an MSc in Psychosexual Couple and Individual Therapy from Tavistock Relationships (UEL)
She is a general member of the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapy.
